Firefly is a little known Clapham hideaway known to a select few. The venue has also very recently been renovated to a great standard. Located equidistant between Clapham Common and Clapham South this venue is really well served by public transport.
About speed dating
Speed dating is
about having a fun night out and meeting new people. Focus on enjoying
yourself, don't take it all too seriously and you're sure to have a
great night and perhaps even meet someone special too!
On arrival:
When you arrive at the venue
you will be greeted by our hosts who will sign you in and allocate you a
starting table.
During this time you can get yourself a drink and mingle with
the other participants if you wish.
Once
everyone has arrived our hosts will explain the format of the evening
and the event will begin. You will then have 4 minutes to speed date
each participant.
After
each date you simply note down if you wish to see that person again
before your next date.
We
have a short break halfway through and you will be able to order drinks
at your table throughout the event.
After the event:
When you have met everybody the speed dating event is
finished but this is often when the fun really starts! Why not stay at the bar
for a few drinks and get to know the people you liked a little better.
The morning following the event we will email you when the matching
system is open. You will then be able to log in to our website and enter
your preferences and your matches and their email address will be
displayed online. Then is up to you to get in touch with all those
matches!
