Booking Questions How do I book for an event? You can very simply book online by going to our home page and clicking on your chosen event. Once on the event details page you simply need to click on 'Book this event' and complete your details into the forthcoming pages. You will require an email address to book events with us likewise if you are booking places for friends they will also require their own email address. Do I receive tickets in the post? No. We do not send out tickets. When you book you will receive confirmation of your booking via email and you will be added to the guest list for the event. Please bring a copy of your booking confirmation to verify your identity at the event. But I don't have an email address! No problem - Just visit either
Hotmail or
Yahoo and sign up for one. This will only take you a couple of minutes. Can I book tickets for my friends? Yes. When you arrive on the booking page you can select the number of tickets you require. Please note you will need to know email addresses for all of the people you are booking for in order for us to send them a booking confirmation. We need to ensure that the numbers of male and female daters are equal, we can only be confident of this if bookings are taken in advance. The advance payment offers us a degree of security. How do I know my payment is secure? Our simple booking facility is very secure. You payment is handled by WorldPay, part of Royal Bank of Scotland Group and the worlds largest internet payment processors. Can I change personal details I specified when I booked? Yes. Just log into the client area of the website and click the update profile link. I've made a booking but I can't attend the event now Not a problem. Provided you give us prior notice we can move your booking to another event. My credit/debit card has been rejected. Why is this? Wordplay, our payment processors are very careful when verifying your identity to avoid online fraud. If your card has been rejected you may wish to try again and make sure your the personal details you have entered match those held by your card issuing bank. Your events calendar appears to be out of date. Why? We constantly update our website but occasionally your computer will store an older version of our website in its memory.
