Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is fully dependant on the notice period you provide us with prior to the event. We can only accept cancellation/alternative event requests via email. Please send requests to info@originaldating.com.

Cancellation/refund requests received 72 hours or more prior to the event date will be refunded minus a £10.00 GBP administration charge.

Cancellation requests received between 72-24 hours prior to the event cannot be refunded however we are able to offer you a credit to attend another available event of the same value as your original booking.

Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours prior to the event cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Original Dating reserve the right to postpone events or change venues and start times up until the time of the event. It is highly unlikely that we will have to ever exercise this right. Should we have to postpone/cancel the event you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to select an alternative event or the same value.
