About Lock & Key Parties

Lock & key parties are the latest dating craze over from the states. On arrival at the events all the girls are issued with a small padlock and the guys with a key. Your aim then is to "work the room" with the task of finding a key that opens your lock or vice versa.

The concept of lock and key works as a great icebreaker and will hopefully lead you into a fun conversation.

Up to 200 people can attend these events so the potential to meet new people is fantastic. If you meet someone you like you can exchange flirt cards displaying your email address.

You are free to chat to as many or as little people as you wish at this event - so soak up the great atmosphere or simply chill out to the fantastic tunes.

What happens if my key opens the lock?

Should the lock open you simply go to the bar and you will be issued with a new lock or key and a raffle ticket which enters you into a draw to win some fantastic prizes. We will also award a number of spot prizes during the night such as free drinks plus some special surprises too!
