It may only be February but it's been a busy time for us here at Original HQ.
Our Valentine's Day boat party was a sell-out success. 250 guest partied with lots of bubbly given away, plenty of dancing to our new favourite band, The Distance, and an overwhelming response to the speed dating sessions. Check out some great photos from the night our event review here. A lot of people got together that night!
January and February were also our biggest months ever with more people attending our events than ever before.
But let's not dwell on the past. We've made some big changes for this year and we can't wait to tell you about them. So we will!
NEW VENUES - PUTNEY & EARLSFIELD
We've started partnerships with a whole raft of new venues, particularly local bars as they grow in both popularity and quality. Here's a rundown of the latest additions.
The Dukes Head in Putney and The Earlsfield in, wait for it, Earlsfield have joined the Original Dating stable and we couldn't be happier. Both combine cool and class with a bit of quirk and a chilled out vibe thrown in to the mix. Check them out:

OUR NEXT HUGE PARTY
The Spring Fling Party - The Anthologist, Sat April 11, 2015
Following the crazy success of our Valentine's Party, we've already announced our Spring Fling Party with tickets available now. We're particularly excited about the venue. Easily accessible in the heart of the City, The Anthologist is quite a sight (and site), and on Saturday March 28, 2015 we're looking forward to introducing 300 of you to its glorious delights.
Cover band The Distance will be back as will our perfect ice breaker - Lock & Key - and due to your requests we've made sure even more of you can take part in our speed dating sessions. We've massively improved the booking process for the speed dating element, you're going to love it.
It's the perfect way to shed those Winter blues and prepare for the re-emergence of sunshine.

Official Launch - The UK's 1st Speed Date Book Club! - Nordic Bar - Tues March 10, 2015
Our literary speed dating event launches on March 10 at the fantastically intimate Nordic Bar in Fitzrovia. We've had so much interest we've even had to book a second date to cater for demand. The format is really simple and promises to add that little bit extra to speed dating.

QUIZDATING RETURNS
Quiz Dating, Tuesday April 14, 2014 - Black & Blue, London W1
We're trivially titillated to have masterminded (sorry) the return of an old favourite - Quiz Dating.
Combining the capitals two greatest past times - being single and pub quizzes - teams of three guys move around the room between teams of three girls following each round of questions.
Plenty of prizes on offer, a chance to show off your obscure QI style memory and to quizzically question the romantic qualifications of those you meet on the night.
Ooh and you might have the odd comedic celebrity testing your knowledge. Stay tuned.
SPEED DATING AT RIBA LATES
Oddly exciting this one. We've partnered with the Royal Institute of British Architects RIBA to run a one-off special speed date event as part of their Scottish architecture Lates It's certainly something different and if you fancy a bit of structure to your dating then this could provide the perfect foundation.
