Introducing the Midweek Social - Meet new people over drinks.
Socialising and meeting new people is fun. At first glance, Londoners don't always seem to be the most friendly of people but in the right situation you'd be amazed how welcoming people can be.
Meeting people face to face is refreshing and makes a massive change to the drudgery of online dating or dating via the swipey apps. It's a lot more fun too.
That's what these events are all about. Showing that meeting people in real life can still be done and is very easy too.
There's no name badges and no speed dating. Just a group of people all interested in making new connections face-to-face.
Because everyone in the room is single and open to meeting people there's a really friendly atmosphere and none of the awkwardness associated with approaching strangers in a bar. Conversations start easily and our host will be on hand to make introductions if requested.
We bring together a crowd of 40-60 single people and ensure an equal male/female mix attending.
Attend on your own or in a group - about 50% of people come along on their own so it doesn't matter either way.
The event takes place in the private bar at The Exhibit in Balham. Moments from both the Northern Line and main line stations it's well connected to most of London.

The Exhibit is a fantastic bar and restaurant located just moments from Balham Tube and Train stations and it’s one of our favourite venues. In fact, it’s something of a local for us as our HQ is just up the road. The venue received a serious makeover recently and the results are stunning. Contemporary stylish and pin sharp.
