It’s amazing how time has flown since our last update!
With an event taking place somewhere in London practically every night of the week it’s sometimes hard for us to find time to blog. Over the past few weeks, we’ve probably had our busiest run of busiest speed dating events ever. In fact, practically every event we’ve organised has totally sold out and the ones that didn’t were still at 95% of capacity.
This, of course, is wonderful news for us but most importantly it’s great news for the people take part in our events. It means that when you book an Original Dating event you will meet a lot of people and because of this you have a better chance of meeting someone you want to see again.
Our events are busy because we deliver on what we promise. We provide you with a fun way to meet lots of new people in one fun night. We’re also busy because our clients tell their friends when they’ve met someone through one of our nights and that’s what’s kept us going since 2003 – above all our events really work for people! Since we started out, there’s been a lot of people that have tried to replicate our successful formula but none have come close to matching it. Over 10,000 paying clients in London per year choose us so we’re confident we’re doing something right.
We also, believe in constant improvement in everything we do. We’ve recently totally overhauled our website and booking system to the latest standards. Our website is now totally responsive and works on any device. Our Mixeo app for matching and messaging is still totally unique and no other dating events company in the world has this technology. We’re very proud of it. We do this to stay at the forefront of what we do - at the top of our market.
Our hosts are probably our biggest asset. They are the people that make or break our events and no amount of tech will ever replace them! Dating is a people business and we strongly believe that our hosts are the best there is.
Of course, there’s always room for improvement and we shall continue to improve and expand our offering through 2015 and into 2016. We’re bringing on board new venues, new niche dating events and some brand new concepts, all of which will offer our clients new and interesting ways to meet people in London – and beyond.
