After our busiest January on record, and without a moment to catch our breath we’ve arrived in February and there’s no sign of anything slowing down here at OD HQ.
Unless you’re involved in the dating industry you might not be aware, January and February are some of our busiest months of the year. We see attendances at our singles events soar as people act on their new year’s resolutions to meet new people. The apex of this time is February 14th or St Valentine’s Day.
Traditionally, Valentine’s Day has been a day for couples to declare their undying love for one another, but in recent years singles have got in on the action and the week surrounding Valentine’s Day is our busiest of the whole year, packed with people looking to meet someone new.
We now build a full programme of events around this time, this year’s Valentine’s Week (as we now coin it) is our busiest to date with a whopping 20 events taking place up and down the UK in the 7 days surrounding the big day - all for your dating delectation.

As well as our full programme of events across London we’re now holding regular speed dating events and singles events in Brighton, Oxford, Cambridge, Tunbridge Wells, Chelmsford, Southend, High Wycombe and Derby – a total of nine UK cities, but we’re not stopping there.
2019 will see the next phase of our nationwide expansion. We’ll soon to be adding many extra London locations along with a host of new towns and cities across the country so rest assured, if we don’t cover your area yet, we will very soon.
It’s an exciting time for us and we look forward to continuing to deliver the UK’s best dating events as we continue to grow.
