What’s better than a speed dating event? Answer: a speed dating event for 200 people, that’s what. Add to that an awesome after-party and you’ve got a night of dating potential like no other.
Introducing The Big Speed Date™.
We see our success rates soar when we bring loads of people together under one roof, so for this event 100 girls and 100 guys are expected.
We’ll be kicking off with speed dating on a grand scale. Everyone will take part and you’ll meet a bunch of people quickly, face-to-face for IRL dates lasting 4 minutes. Hosted by our compare, this part of the night will get conversation flowing and works brilliantly as an icebreaker for the crowd.
We think of speed dating as the starter to this night, but the main course is yet to come.
As the speed dating ends, the afterparty begins. This is less structured, and you’ll be free to meet and chat to people you’ve not yet met.
We’ll lay on some optional games and fun activities to ensure it’s easy to meet as many people as possible as the night goes on.
Like all of our events, The Big Speed Date features online matching and messaging. Everyone uploads a photo ahead of the night so it’s easy to keep track of who you liked and want to see again. The next day, we’ll crunch the results and let you know who you mutually matched with so you can get back in touch.
