Xfactor speed dating had been operating for several years however we have heard repeated horror stories about the conduct of this company for a very long time. They have, reportedly, systematically taken money from people without providing a service in return. The dating industry is unregulated and as such relies on the good moral conduct of those running individual businesses. 

Sadly this moral fibre has been lacking from the directors of xfactordates. 

The company has recently fallen into liquidation as a result of very poor business management and the assets have been sold. 

Because of the bizarre way that company liquidation in the UK works there is a possibility that one of the former Xfactordates directors could purchase the assets of the failed business and re-start operations under a slightly different trading name at the same time freeing themselves of the debts owed to honest creditors. Naturally this is immoral but it is within the law of the land in the UK. We are not stating that this will happen but there is a chance you will see this company re-emerge in at some point in the future and it's possible that the original owners will be running it again.
