We host plenty of events in cracking venues and, when summer hits, we welcome hundreds of you aboard our justifiably famous boat parties.
And yet, there’s more to a London summer than just the river.
There are too many great bars with lively outdoor spaces to end up in a dark – albeit wonderfully luxurious – basement bar on a summers evening. So we decided to relax the mood a little and scour the city for a more stripped back, relaxed, summery venue with plenty of outdoor space.
And we found it. We’ve exclusively hired the Square Pig in Holborn for the most relaxed and flirtatious event of the year – Summer in the City. The space is replete with tube map wallpaper, a fantastic selection of wines, great beers on tap and of course an ability to create some of the best Mojitos in town. Oh, and I nearly forgot about the outdoor patio large enough to hold pretty much all 200 of us if we so desire.
We recommend I may just dress in my summer finest but to be honest, board shorts wouldn’t be amiss as we’re creating a vibe of summery seduction and relaxed interaction to help us all forget the tribulations of winter.
There will of course be our lock and key ice breaker, complete with prizes for those who match – Guys get two keys, girls a lock and use the excuse of unlocking each other to introduce yourself to as many people as possible. An open lock and you’re both entered in to a prize draw and away you go again. There will also be quick speed date try out sessions throughout the evening just so you can say you’ve had a go, and all this is aided by our unique mobile based matching software – Mixeo.
Throw in some suitably relaxed tunes and an equal split between guys and girls and we have what promises to be our most relaxed, friendly and flirtatious party yet.
