Original Dating has a brand new venue in Islington! The Winchester ideally located on Essex Road, bang opposite Islington Green, is only a 5 minute walk from Angel Station. This charming bar is right in the heart of Islington and we have exclusive  use of their private downstairs bar, The Enchanted Forest. 

The Winchester has an incredible selection of cocktails which make for the perfect dating tipple. As well as the classic cocktails you would expect the Winchester also has some unique hand crafted cocktails which are second to none. These cocktails have fun names like 'Papa Don Preach' and 'Love, Love me do...I'll always be-troot' but don’t let these fun names fool you, they're expertly put together. One particular favourite of mine is the 'Tea & Tequila' which is exactly how it sounds, tea, tequila, lemon and honey. Who knew this would be such a great combination. 

The Winchester not only has charm and atmosphere but has incredibly trendy and sophisticated décor, added with some mood lighting makes for a very romantic setting. Throw some classic speed dating into the mix and we are onto a match made in heaven. In the private downstairs Enchanted Forest, which looks as well as sounds magical, you will have the chance to meet upwards of 15 dates. This new venue is sure to be very popular and with Thursday's fast becoming the new Fridays, what better way to spend it, than speed dating in a charming bar in the heart of Islington. This is sure to be a great night out!
