Little did I know that Britain's first ever saint was from here, hence the name and little did you know that there's another first coming to St Albans, top quality speed dating. That's right, Original Dating is going to bring the singles of St Albans what it deserves, the best speed dating events around. And we couldn't be more excited!
Who are Original Dating?
Well a bit like Saint Alban himself, we're London's first Speed Dating company, hence the name. We've been the go to speed dating company in London for over 15 years, so you're in good hands. We know exactly what it takes to run well organised and well attended events which is why we're London's favourite speed dating company. We even had the first marriage from speed dating in the UK back in 2004 and many more since.
How does speed dating work?
Speed dating is the easy way to meet a lot of new people in one fun night. Meet up to 20 dates while sharing a drink and a laugh at the best bars in town. Each date will last around 4 minutes which is the perfect amount of time to see if it's someone you'd like to see again and not too long to just have a chat, if not.
What happens if there's someone I like?
Well that's where our bespoke matching system comes into play. Simply log into the website the following day, enter your selections of who you'd like to see again and by the end of the day you'll find out who you've mutually matched with. You'll be using our online messaging system to arrange that next date before you know it. It's that simple!
